Mara Hoffman Inspired- Black/Gold

HAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
Yes it's true. I got nubs again.
Trust that before I finally ended up with this shape, I had squares > rounds > back to square > squovals > round....and now I have this almondy shape looking thing. lol

It's been 2 weeks since we last saw each other. What's new guys?!
Today I have this Mara Hoffman inspired mani for you. I want pretty much one (or maybe 7) of everything of hers. I drew inspiration from this dress, particularly the black spikes.

I decided not to incorporate any colours into this mani because I love me some black/gold/nude combo!
I used black acrylic paint and a gold striper polish.

For the ring finger, I added this awesome stud.
You guys, I feel really special with this stud, because hardcore fierce!
As for the thumb- I wanted it to be more detailed because it's the most space I get on these nubs.
Here's a closer look:

Then I sealed the mani with my new favourite topcoat:

That's all for me today!! I hope you enjoyed this mani as much as I did doing it ^_^

Have an awesome weekend, my loves!

Fierce Friday- ALL THE THINGS!

HOMAGAH! Two posts in a week? WHO AM I?
It's been FOREVER and a day since we've done FIERCE FRIDAY! I am needing that extra *OOMPH* today, so I figured it's time to turn on the FURRS.

This was done with Akzentz Options Colour, IBD Just Gel, and of course a whole bunch of awesome embellishments!

This was my first time doing a gel gradient....and boy am I ever in love with them.
I've been wanting to use the 3D triangle studs for ages, I don't know what took me so long! Because they are OBVIOUSLY fierce. Also, these multi-faceted rhinestones are AH-MAY-ZING. Is it purple? or is it blue? maybe it's neither, or is it both?...I DON'T KNOW!!! *brain explosion*
I've been having my own disco party since I put them on.

Want some for yourself? Here's where I bought mine! Sharing is caring :)

Well that's all for me today! Hope you enjoyed my Fierce Friday mani as much as I did creating it!
^_^

Have the MOST AMAZING weekend, you lovely beasts!

Fierce Friday- African Tribals

FRIDAY! FRIDAY! FRIDAY!
Welcome to another Fierce Friday post! We made it, gang!

Today I'd like to share with you, my interpretation of the African Tribal Print. This is furrs, right?
It feels like I've been doing a lot of prints lately...and I'm totally loving it.
The polish used in this mani was OPI's Skulls & Glossbones, and Color Club's Wham!Pow!

I did the same thing on all 10 fingers because I really like the formality of it...
Which is weird because I'm usually pretty random with my mani's.
they look cool when you put all 10 of them together...but I can't show you that because I'm photographically challenged and also...who would press the camera button? lol

Anyhoo!! I'm really loving this design, it looks like it'd go nicely on a shirt!
I think I'll wear this ALLLLLL weekend!!

Anyhoo, that's all for me today!

Have a FANTASTIC weekend, lovers!!

Fierce Friday- Pyramid

Hello my beloved peoples!!
Welcome to another Fierce Friday post!!! Could it be? It's going to be a weekly thing...
Now whether I can whip up something FURRS on a weekly basis, we'll have to see...no promises :P

You know,
I love me a good busy-all over the place mani. But sometimes, less is more, no?
I think these lines are again, simplicity at its best.

I used gold acrylic paint over Rimmel London's Black SatinThey look like....pyramids....hence the name
The thumb and ring finger also look like bumble bee butts...bumble butt pyramid? No? K...fine.

Anyway, I am pretty in love with these.
There is definitely a different bounce in my walk today with this mani on!
Who knew something so simple could be so FURRS?!

Have a fantastic weekend, lovers!!

Fierce Friday- Claws

It's FRIDAY!! AHHHHH!!
It's been a full week since I've had my claws put back on and honestly, I love them to to pieces.
This nude shade is so yummy that I haven't really been able to do anything because I just don't want to cover them up. I mean...just look at them...

Anyway. I needed something sophisticatedly fierce today.
So these were born....

I was going to go with black tip with black half moon. But decided against it last minute.
Honestly, I think this mani is simplicity at its best.
I get startled every time I look down because I keep thinking there's something on my nude nails HAHA
...Stupid Winnie... -___-

I used acrylic paint and a stripper brush to draw the lines, and sealed it with topcoat!
I may add some glitter to it for the weekend :)

....MAYBE

That's all for me today!

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend!!
