I need a moment to soak in the prettiness.

HELLO MY LOVES!! Hope you all had an amazing weekend!

Today I have a swatch for you. This is my first ever holo polish, and I'm trying really hard to remain calm about this....because LOOK HOW PRETTY!!!!!

This is Color Club's Fashion Addict.

My apologies in advance for the photo bombs. Because I just can't get enough of this polish.

I couldn't wait til I get home, so I slapped it on my thumb in the car ride home.

Needless to say, I squealed like a little girl....and BF just shook his head repeatedly.

Fashion Addict is a lilac holo. It has a really smooth formula, application of this polish was a breeze.

For this to become completely opaque, I used two coats and sealed it off with my Jordana top coat.

The thing about holographic polishes....they look just mesmerizing under sunlight.

How. What. GUH!

And under regular lighting, it has a subtle shimmer...though when you look closely, the holo micro flecks are still fabulously shinning through.

 I think I spent all day yesterday staring at my nails...I mean....LOOK AT THEM!! How can you not?!

Fierce Friday- Pyramid

Hello my beloved peoples!!

Welcome to another Fierce Friday post!!! Could it be? It's going to be a weekly thing...

Now whether I can whip up something FURRS on a weekly basis, we'll have to see...no promises :P

You know,

I love me a good busy-all over the place mani. But sometimes, less is more, no?

I think these lines are again, simplicity at its best.

I used gold acrylic paint over Rimmel London's Black Satin. They look like....pyramids....hence the name

The thumb and ring finger also look like bumble bee butts...bumble butt pyramid? No? K...fine.

Anyway, I am pretty in love with these.

 There is definitely a different bounce in my walk today with this mani on!

Who knew something so simple could be so FURRS?!

RAWR Shop- Dress up Nails

Good day, my lovelies!!

Dani from Call It Beauty came over last night and we played dress up....ON HER NAYOS!

She pitched this idea to me last week, inspired from a picture on NailPorn

"What if.....we put different shirts on each nail??" Said Dani

...and we did just that! What a great idea that was!!

Here are some close up shots of the shirts. Okay....HOW CUTE ARE THESE?!

Next, I'd like to draw your attention to our new friends:

We were originally going to put bustier tops on the thumbs but they ended up looking like dogs.

So I came up with something just as FIERCE and FABULOUS: 

The Fabulous Twins- Fernando and Ronaldo.

We took forever long to finish this mani because Ryan Gosling was on TV.

...and seriously, can you blame me for getting distracted by this face?...

As always, we laughed lots, drooled lots (to Ryan Gosling on TV)....oh yea...and we also did some uber cute nail art. =D Now look at her pro posing skills:

Versace Print Inspired Mani

Hello lovers and friends!! HAPPY HUMP DAY!!

Today I have something real colourful for you!

I've been doing some research on what design I can pull off on Google, and came upon these pictures:

Look at these gorgeous scarves!!!!! So these came about!

So to make this design happen, I used the following:

Daisy Nail Lacquer- SUN-Glasses, Please!

Color Club- Age of Aquarius

White, Black and Gold Acrylic paint

I'm really pleased with the way these turned out! But I get it, it screams for attention.

SO it might not be for everyone to wear on a regular day.

I was so proud of these, I submitted them to Elle Canada along with some of my other designs!

I would appreciate your love here!!

Fierce Friday- Claws

It's FRIDAY!! AHHHHH!!

It's been a full week since I've had my claws put back on and honestly, I love them to to pieces.

This nude shade is so yummy that I haven't really been able to do anything because I just don't want to cover them up. I mean...just look at them...

Anyway. I needed something sophisticatedly fierce today.

So these were born....

I was going to go with black tip with black half moon. But decided against it last minute.

Honestly, I think this mani is simplicity at its best.

I get startled every time I look down because I keep thinking there's something on my nude nails HAHA

...Stupid Winnie... -___-

I used acrylic paint and a stripper brush to draw the lines, and sealed it with topcoat!

I may add some glitter to it for the weekend :)

....MAYBE

RAWR Shop- "Sparkly Awesomesauce"

My goodness, it's Thursday! That means one more sleep til the long weekend officially arrives!

Today I have another RAWR Shop post for you...

Everybody say HI to Janine's nails:

Janine named her mani: "Sparkly Awesomesauce" she also blurbed out a whole bunch of other names, but due to old age, I don't remember any of them but this one. 

We decided that on her nails we would include: animal print, glitter bombs, and some tribal fusion. I think that is exactly what we accomplished! I really like the white zebra print over the holo glitters! 

Unfortunately yesterday was my self-claimed fail day. You know one of those days where nothing works, no matter how hard you try? Yup. Things were going wrong left right and centre....so Janine spent most of her night laughing at my fail-ness. haha

Janine is also very talented in the nail art department. I keep telling her to start a blog, but she won't listen. lol

I am super envious of her naturally beautiful nails, and somewhat disgusted by her perfect cuticles :P

Thanks for dropping by, Janine! I'll be less of a fail next time, promise! :)

RAWR Shop- Galaxy Nails

Hello lovers! Happy Wednesday! 2 more sleeps til LONG WEEKEND!!

Today we have another RAWR Shop customer!

Stephanie (@MissyInAction87) came in knowing what she wants. Galaxy nails, what a great choice!

The only other time I've done it was on my own nails for the 30 day challenge. But I'm quite happy with the way these nails turned out and their galactic qualities.

I sponged on multiple layers on my Rimmel London- Black Satin including: 

White/Silver/Blue Acrylic paint

Sally Hansen's Blue It mixed in with Midnight Sky

and finished off with OPI DS Magic <-how can you not?

I also dotted on some Color Club's Beyond the Mistletoe for the star effect. 

Steph only wanted China Glaze's Fairy Dust on her ring fingers, because the galaxy isn't always sparkly

Makes perfect sense to me!!
